Getting ready to do my class at the gym. My joints are really stiff and sore. I think it's the humidity. it's been so dry here in Kansas and all of a sudden the past few days have been drizzling & raining. Hope I can make it through!

Made some bone broth and it came out fantastic! Cranky would be proud lol. I got seven 8 oz bags of meat off the bones & used a friend's vacuum sealer to keep them in the freezer. seriously considering getting one for myself!

No big deal, I expected a big gain. I don't feel bloated or depressed so as long as I'm still motivated to do well, I'm happy :-)
