Hi,
I am very active and do a lot of workout. I do yoga once a week, play squash twice a week and do weight training twice a week. my weight in college day till 2009 used to be 68 kg but in recent past i have gained weight and at 75 currently. I am targeting to cut 6-7 kg and come back to those good old days.
