so I haven't ate anyday over 1500 cal--except maybe 1 and it was less than 2000 but only lost 1.6 lbs--Not good--I hurt my knee on Sat Jan 19 so no exercise yet--but will today which is Tues the 22--hopefully that will speed up metoblism and lose more--I only ate 450 calories yesterday--not even hungry at night--think those green coffee and rasberry kenotes work--but had trouble getting sleepy--went to bed at 2 AM and got up about 8. Started PUNCH FITNESS at Corey Logan's studio --had 2 classess(last Thurs and Friday Jan 17. 18 and will go tonight--Want to be down to 190 by end of month CAN I DO IT?????? I HOPE SO!!!!!!

Well this week was ok--not to bad--no big binge eating--opss--yes one--I ate a whole box of vanilla wafers--I tell my husband NOT to buy it--but can't blame it on him--if I bring the box in when I,m watching TV--magically disappears--I think that was sunday night Jan13--but other than that--did ok, NO--I am not eating much if any fruits and vegs--I don't know why I don't--I know it is good for me--but I would rather save the calories and eat a big bowl of cereal--I love cereal--especially at night for my late night dinner/snack. I got a stomach bug Wed. so felt crappy--did not exercise at all--last exercise was Monday --so will try and work out today. Still when I got on scale this am(no clothes on) I was 197.8--SO GLAD TO BE OUT OF 200,s!!!!!!!!

Well It's been over a week and I finally got on scale--BLECK 203 lbs. I am taking rasberry keytones and green coffee Beans and they do seem to curb my cravings and I don't eat as much. My exercise isn't as good as it should be--I told myself I would go to gym at least 3 times a week for lifting weights--and I did it only 1 and1/2 times. I need a buddy--I don't have anybody here that I know is trying to lose weight
