AAAANNNND I've done it again! I've gone off the rails let my stress and depression take over. I've stopped working out and stopped checking in with my calorie counter and not even cared about what I put in my body. SHIT! I need off this damn train! It seems like I'm on this shame endless loop of a shitty track that keeps going off the rails just to get back on for a smooth ride and ope here's the broken spot again. I need to either repair the track or find a new one! Ugh I can't believe I've already consumed my DAILY allotted calories in BREAKFAST alone.
F U MC.DONALDS! *Sigh*.
Just an all around shitty day.

Feeling good! I'm for sure kicking some serious ASS!!! I've exercised everyday this week! Granted one of the days was just a simple walk with the dog but I got up and moved! I'm feeling good and so proud!
I have also gone 5 days with NO POP and NO CANDY!
I'm excited for the days to come and I love my new subscription to Daily Burn! Also I'm participating in a facebook 7 day healthy challenge with friends from school that I haven't connected with in YEARS. And...killing it! I'm super pumped and looking forward to the weekend. :D
