It is tough trying to figure out where you can eat and still stay within your daily calorie count. Yesterday I went over by 196 calories which is not good. I have not weighed myself since I started because I want to do only once a week. I still need to add in some daily exercises. Now we start the weekend which then becomes really hard. Water! Water! Water! I still don't understand how some people can drink 2 liters of water a day. I do know that the water is better than the diet cola.

Frustrated that I have such a difficult time losing weight. I need to quick drinking diet soda. Drink more water. Do not eat as much and watch what I eat. Be more selective in my food choices. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Stay away from the sweets.
