bam.. yea i did a bit of an opposite cheat.. i fasted for 2 days.. on water and juice. I know its not good until you binge .. which is not what im doing..
like i said.. im very serious about shedding the weight. so far.. its 20 lbs in 2 months..not bad.
remember.. drink lots of fluids and watch your calorie intake.

Carbohydrate provides 4 calories per gram.
Protein provides 4 calories per gram.
Fat provides 9 calories per gram.
dun matter how you eat.. as long as your calorie count is less than the RDI
you could eat 1000 calries of fat and still lose weight..
not that anyone would. lol

started to ignore my calorie count not too long ago because my damn friends are always wanting to go out to eat junky food. probably cheated a couple times as well which got me avoiding my scale for a while.. will step on it after I do a solid week of sticking to healthy food. I usually can tell if my stomach is burning, its that thin pang in my stomach most likely from digesting light foods. Its all about controlling the hunger. a large glass of yogurt drink(
half plain yogurt/half water n pinch of salt
) usually knocks off the hunger for a good amount of hours.
