Day 2: Excited about being strict again. Already freaking out over our schedule...too many after school activities. How are we going to have time to eat??? Made my meal plan for the week. Pretty basic stuff but it had to be easy and quick 4 of the days because we are home for less than an hour for dinner. I'm preparing most of it Sunday. Just going to roll with it. :)
Grilled Chicken and Zucchini, mushrooms, onion saute
Tacos
Zoodles and Steak with roasted pepper sauce
