I look for recipes that are low carb but lots of them entail things I can’t eat like: peppers, regular onions( I can eat the green onions if they aren’t too thick), cauliflower, celery, and fish/seafood of all types. Once in a great while I can do tuna like maybe once every few years but most of the time the smell and taste make me nauseas and I throw up. So it feels like I am so limited. So I love when you all post your meals so I get new ideas. I’m not one of those people that just loves food. As far as I’m concerned it’s just fuel for your body I mean yeah there’s certain things I love but I wouldn’t say I’m a food addict. My dietitian gets exasperated with me because I eat one or two meals a day on average I really try to make myself eat more and some days I’ve been successful but when you growing up and you hear if you wanna lose weight you have to eat less and then you told as an adult 40 some odd years later well in your case you need to eat more often because you’re putting your metabolism into hibernation mode and it’s holding onto everything it’s something that your brain just can’t wrap itself around because you’ve had for years of someone telling you the exact opposite
