yesterday WAS BAD. i DON'T KNOW WHY EVERYONE WANTED TO STUFF MY FACE WITH FOOD. I KNOW THAT I PARTIALLY HAD A SAY IN SOME OF THE THINGS BECAUSE NO ONE CAN PHYSICALLY SHOVE THIS STUFF DOWN MY THROAT BUT I JUST GOT TIRED OF IT. THE FACT THAT I EVEN LET MYSELF CONSUME THAT MUCH IS TOTALLY EMBARRASSING AND DISGUSTING. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET BACK ON TRACK WITH MY FASTING TODAY. I HAVE TO LOG SATURDAY'S DINNER, WHICH WASN'T THAT BAD BUT I NEED TO DO A LOT OF EXERCISE TONIGHT SINCE IT'S MY DAY OFF.
