8 kg.... 4 more to go!

It took me 4 months to loose 8kg (about 17 pounds)... and to be honest, I'm happy with myself and would like to keep this up!

I don't have any "secret dieting tips", I just follow the eat less and move more kind of rule. It has been hard, I'm sure everyone here feels me, especially we live in a world where it is filled with weight gaining factors ! But I'll say this, once you have seen positive changes, it will become kinda like a habit/lifestyle that you may want to keep for life! I promise, once it becomes a habit, everything becomes less hard.

I'm not sure if everyone else has experienced any downsides (health wise) regarding to this weight loss journey, but I sure have! First of all, since I'm a 18 year old girl, well...lets just say that for the past few months my menstrual cycle has been *cough* irregular... really did cause a lot of concern for me and I was very worried that I may suffer from some sort of sickness/disorder... that may result to infertility! hehe
Another problem, my hair seems to be falling out more ...and doesn't look as healthy as before, but hopefully this wouldn't be too big of a problem....

Well, I guess in order for you to have something you really want (a perfect body in this case!) you'll have to make some sacrifices. It's part of the whole package.
