I found out Coconut oil helps with Thyroid and Adrenal issues. I'm going to add this to my diet gradually to see if it really works. People were blogging it helps to lose weight and other issues. I was reading to gradually add this so I'm going to add a teaspoon a day. It looks like you should have 3 tbls a day. If anyone knows about this please let me know if this is correct. I had 1 teaspoon yeasterday and today 2 teaspoons. Also, if you are using Coconut oil in your diet please let me know if it is working for you.

I am going to try really hard to journal everything this week. Also, I want to get more exercise in.

Yesterday I started out really great and then my husband invited people over. I ate and drank all evening. Today I am doing really well so far. It seems to be the evenings that get me. I really want this to work for me so I'm going to try hard to log everything today.
