continuing to eat healthy and exercising regular. I have been extremely busy doing gardening, picking, canning and freezing vegetables. This has really helped keed the weight in check for the summer months. Eating lots of fresh vegetables daily.

continuing to work out 2x a week with Fit and Fablous Program. Started back power walking two days a week from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

I try to monitor what I eat daily and complete a full body workout at least 2x a week and more when possible. I plan to get and start walking everyday when weather improves. My goal is to lower my chlosteral.
