I am 52 years old. For the last two years I've gradually gotten larger. As it was a pound here, and a pound there, I was accepting of the weight gain. And recently saw a picture that had me recoiling in horror. While I still wear mostly 8s and some 10s, I'm a mess. Instead of continuing to give in gracefully to aging and spreading - going to fight this, starting now.
