Today I am starting this fast diet, where I will limit my calorie intake to 500 a day for 2 days of any given week, I plan to get done to a good size 10 approx 57 kg and feel healthy and fit
Continue with my pilates and have a good core strength
Part of my exercise plan will be to exercise most days for 30 mins a day
