I'm determined once again, lost some weight and that's so exciting! So working out to a video today and doing my ab sport lounger, cleaning and getting things organized around the house, think of cleaning my house as a workout too, just move myself faster at it. Last week I ate lots of salad, and added fruit along with nuts or sunflower seeds to add or do something different, it was delicious, back to eating what I eat and tracking everything along with portion control measuring everything I eat, it may seem like a pain to do, but its not too bad, its quite easy to do. I will continue to drink lots of water and and drink only 2 cups of coffee instead of a pot.

I'm going to work my hardest this week, and do what it takes to eat right, no sugars, no white four, no breads, no pastas or potatoes. I'm going to drink as much water daily as possible, very determined to loose weight as quick as possible. I know it takes time, but No more drinking beer etc.. I need to focus on working out more, about 7 days a week, five days of strength training and walking the other days and doing my my ab lounger more often twice a day, morning, afternoon or evening. But one day at a time. Keep tracking everything I eat and drink, and keeping better track of my pts with weight watchers, although points throw me off because fruits do have sugars in it and thier counted as 0 pts, not 1 point weird! I have alot to do today, cleaning, and putting away laundry and cleaning out my truck, wiping everytng down and washing the outside of it. Then planning on my finding a good dvd to workout to, either Billy's bootcamp, or the Firm seems to make me feel some pain, but thats what I need.
