Have seen a little movement on the scale and my jeans seem to fit a little better. Now to just keep up my motivation...weekends are always the hardest!

So feeling great today after getting in a little work out last night and restarting on Atkins. Got away from both after a vacation to Mexico, so time to start over. Haven't had any symptoms of the induction flu but I am sure they are to come...water, water, water is what I learned from my last attempt.

So I have gotten away from my diet and paid by gaining 9 lbs. Oh well a new start...
