Keep going even when you feel like you can’t! I’ve had two rest days this week but I’m going to start a 30 day challenge to work out every day min 30minutes! I would really like to cut my calories down so I’m going to work harder on that. Thanks friends!

Weigh In Friday! So I worked out everyday this week and I was two pounds less last night so I really think this is just water weight I will weigh again on Sunday to get a more accurate weight!
