ich probiere den Winter jetzt sauber wie möglich aufzubauen. Sollten die Trainingsgewichte nicht mehr steigen und mein Körpergewicht stagniert, erhöhe ich die Kcal-Zufuhr um ca 100. Je nachdem wird es über Fett oder Carbs geregelt.
