TODAY STARTED THE FOOD PLAN THAT AMY, THE DIETICIAN GAVE ME AND I'VE STARTED MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE GYM, even though been to the gym the last 2 weeks.

Started at Pelhams Leisure centre this afternoon, ive had my induction, and im doing 30 minutes on the bike, and the running machine, and then 30 minutes on the gym equipment. When she weighed me i ws so shocked, i could of cried. So since getting weighed at the gastric band place in southampton in April this year, ive lost 7lbs. However the lady at pelhams has told me that i need to eat more protien and less carbs and a little less veg, if i want to lose more weight.
