No movement. Yay for me! I had an EMG on my right leg yesterday to try to determine why an adductor muscle had atrophied. Thankfully it’s not MS related. It is expected to be the result of nerve damage in my back. I guess throwing my back out exactly one year ago today is finally coming back to bite me. Oh well. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜

Well, I can’t blame mom’s bread for this gain. I need to start logging my food again as I have been overeating lately. As for activity, I’m working on that but it’s slow going. Thanks to the medical system and the NL government, my MS has progressed this year which has resulted in mobility issues. I’m still working with my trainer in the gym, but it’s disheartening to go from strength training to trying to keep control of my right leg when walking. But, here I am. Back in the gym tonight. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜

I was home with mom so there’s no surprise. I mean, homemade bread was always available.
I hit a milestone last night/this morning. I have been weening myself off of decongest spray over the last month or so, and last night was the first time in over 30 years I intentionally went to bed without spraying. And I could breathe this morning. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
