Fridays and Saturdays the past 2 weeks have been bad for me. I will try to do everything early this week and maybe can avoid the stomach problems on friday and saturday.

Was sick to my stomach Friday, Saturday. Still queasy on Sunday, Monday and today. Eating more carbs than I should, but don't want to upset stomach with something. I don't know what is causing it, seems to come and go. Found the drinkable Balsamic vinegar and took some in water, it seemed to help. Wasn't able to get down on yoga mat to do exercises, but did do squats with weights.

Got on the scale this morning and am upset that I weight this much. Even though I know I gained 10 pounds while I was on vacation, I have been back home for 2 weeks now and it has not come off. Now is the time to really get into what I am eating, how much exercise I am not doing and how much time I am sitting at the computer. If I really want to get the weight off, I must get up from the computer and stop playing games. I have so much other stuff that I need to be doing than playing games on the computer. I am glad that an email came from fat secret today to get me motivated.
