I decided a little over a week ago that I needed to make a change in my life to be a more happy self. I got a new job in my career field, and even though I am some what in shape, I need to get more in shape. I joined a gym and I have a buddy to go with me. We are motivating each other.

I work retail now, and I am continuing at another company in Loss Prevention. Unfortunately, the job I am leaving sells food, and "fast food". I gained a lot of weight. My new job is at a mall and need ideas to pack in a lunch and stay away from the food court and the Starbucks right outside the store's door.

I need help planning meals that are somewhat cheap and easy to make. I am on a limited budget and I'm trying to save up money to move out of my mom's house. I am 21 years old and need to make a better life for myself. I've been through a lot and need support to lose this weight. I need to lose about 60 lbs or more to feel better.
