Not feeling so great right now, but I'm determined to lose weight this summer. Started the run or swim 3 times a week challenge and I really hope I can stick with it!
Good news is no more dorm food... bad news is the food at home isn't much healthier! Talked mom into buying carrots, nectarines, grapes, wheat bread and green tea though, so it's a start :)

I haven't been keeping up with my exercise this week. I feel like the amount of stress I'm under cancels it out.

I've been at this longer than I've been on here. I feel like there should be a difference already, but there's not. I just want to feel comfortable... and I don't.
I know that I should, because God made me the way I am and God makes no mistakes. He has given me this body to love and take care of, and I am trying my best to do it for Him!
Dorm food is frustratingly bad for me. I feel like I'll always be at a disadvantage because they really don't care about the crap they feed us... Just wait. Next year in my apartment I'm going to be a super organic vegetarian health nut! Until then, I'm just doing my best, wishing it would pay off...
