On October 21st I stopped drinking pop. I have done this before but I am going to try to keep it going. It is day 6 now and I still crave it like no other and food doesn't taste as good without it but I am trying to get through it. I really feel that it is what will help me get rid of the stomach I have tried to get rid of for 5 years now since I had children.

I gained 3 lbs while exercising and couldn't lose the weight. Finally decided to diet by eating mostly fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Finally lost the 3 lbs I put on and an extra!! YAY!
