Because of illness, I was unable to juice for the pass week. Asthma attack again and once again I was put on steroids. Its the one reason I say to myself "why diet when on steroids,they bloat me up in a way that no diet will take away".But I refuse to give up this time.Back to juicing,I felt so good and healthy while on this plan. No I won't give up this time.

I have decided that it is very important that I do something about getting my eating habits in order to be able to have a healthy, happy life for the next 50 years. I needed a diet that I could live with and I have found that with juicing. There are many books on the benefits of juicing and what different juices can do for you. I have been on steroids for the past 3 years because of asthma and have put on 60 pounds because of the steroids. I have to do something....I'm going over the 215 mark on the scale. I have not weighed myself but I notice that my clothes are bigger on me.
