See. My biggest issue is that I thought I never had time. I would go to bed at 11pm and I would wake up at about 10:30 in the morning. After that I have a desk job until 7:30 in the after noon!!! So. I had just stopped myself and told myself that there was nothing really I could do as far as exercise. Well ya know what? My weight topped at 221lbs. yeah. I was scared. 221!!!!! Seriously? This is coming from the kid who weighed 160 in jr high. Well. You know what? I said enough. I MADE my schedule work.

Now, I go to bed every night at 10pm and i wake up at 7am. Then. I simply go jogging with my pet, usually around 2 to 4 miles. And the results are astounding. I am very very happy. I have lost 17 pounds so far. I weigh 204lbs so far and it has been about a month. You know what!!!

This is with me not even exercising everyday. Honestly. I only did it about 3 days out of the week! And look at the fantastic results. My belly rolls are starting to go away, my love handles are a lot smaller, and some of my jeans are even starting to fit looser. I love it!!!

So don't let one thing that stops you... TIME. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Quit making excuses and do it. I"m the biggest procrastinator in the world and I just did it; I'm the happiest guy alive.

Will I keep going?!!! Definitely! I want to get back to my heyday weight. Only about 175 pounds and I will be happy. Just 29 more pounds to go!!! WOOOOO!
