While the weight hasn't dropped off like the first few weeks, I'm getting stronger, have more endurance and my clothes are falling off. I'm finding muscles in places where I didn't expect them to be, and I've lost enough inches now others can tell I'm losing weight.
I went through a period of a few weeks where I didn't write anything down - I've learned my lesson and have written things down ever since.

Steady weight this week but I'm noticing some toning, definition and loss of inches. This tells me that my body is starting to produce lean muscle. That and my endurance is double what it was a month ago, to which my trainer verified yesterday. I'm excited!
