My transformation
Hey guys,
A friend at work told me about this website and I hope it motivates and helps me reach my goal weight of 155lbs. About one two years ago I weighed in at 295 lbs. In the first three months of exercise and dieting I managed to lose 60 lbs. When I weighed in around 230, I slacked off a little and it took me a little whiles longer to reach 190. The toughest thing for me was staying under 200 lbs. I am currently exercising and I go to the gym for 2-3 hours a day if I'm lucky. When I go to the gym I really push myself. I try to burn atleast 500 cals on the strider/elliptical machine. I also am trying to improve on running. I could never run a minute when I started off at 295. I believe I came along way with running, because on a good day I can run 20 minutes and still do my other cardio, and resistance/weight training. If I am to tired to do 20 minutes, I try to do atleast 10 minutes or 3 rounds of 10 minute runs. I give myself a break in between.
