Het officiële weeg moment valt nóg lager uit zelfs, wat een verschil binnen 24 uur. Ik houd er maar rekening mee dat het deze week ook weer kan klimmen omdat de vocht balans soms ook veel zegt. Toch te mooi resultaat om het niet, niet te noteren. 🥳

Gezondigd dat zeker, de vooral hormonale behoefte aan zoetigheid kwam weer om de hoek maar ik liet het (meestal) niet de hele dag uit de hand lopen. Ik ben oprecht dankbaar dat ik daarvoor niet grandioos wordt afgestraft en zit weer in de goede flow inmiddels.
