Today was a good day down 1.6 pounds glad of that was not really hungry at all today I guess because all of the water and plus I have been putting lemon in my water and I also do raw apple cider vinegar b4 I go to bad.

Last night was hard for me wanted to eat about 12 in morning could not sleep last night I was so energized from my workout I tried to lay down but could not and I went in the kitchen last night about 4 times opening and closing the refrigerator I had to say the Lord is my Shepard I shall not want I had to keep repeating that and I got me a cup of cranberry juice and went to bed I thank God for His help glory to God!!!!

Any advice on doing light exercises I have started the treadmill 2 weeks ago and I ended up in the ER last night with chest pains I thought I was having a heart attack but it was pain around my chest wall but I really need to stick to working out and a healthy diet gotta be around for my kids and grand-babies and my husband can't seem to do anything without his wife any advice welcomed
