How to cheat without cheating 101...
Wednesday was the Survivor Season Finale.
Kept myself busy during the day to keep my mind off of food to save my calories for the evening.
Once the clock struck 8pm, I was ready with my chicken breast, pork souvlaki, and cottage cheese.
Thursday morning I was only down 0.2 pounds but today things seem to be leveling out.
Thinking about not having a cheat day this weekend to keep the momentum going.

Bounced Back!
Firstly, thank you for the support @Reevan, and @Torzie206. It's nice to know that our struggles are understood. :)
The calorie gods must be smiling on me.
Yesterday, I was expecting to sit in lectures for most of the day. Not very much physical activity there. While I was on my way to class, my motorcycle broke down on the highway.
I wasn't going to wait almost 3 hours on the highway for a tow truck, so I decided go for a hike.
Leaving my bike behind, I hopped over the median and started a small hike to a local mall. I'm sure I burnt loads of calories carrying my back pack and helmet.
Managed to stick to my diet for the day and looks like it's paying off!
What could have been a crappy day, created the catalyst to help reaching my goals.
ps Bike was eventually rescued.

I knew cheats form Sat. night & Sun night would catch up!
I'm glad yesterday was a positive weigh-in though. It helped me get back on track which is what my weakness is.
I find it very hard to get back on the horse once I fall off. Like anything, I'm getting better with practice.
Already have food prepped for the day.
Off to summer class.
