Another day at ~159. Missed breakfast this morning but otherwise doing alright. Rode the bike last night and slept like a baby. Now to try and get this stomach flatter. Think I'll start up my core exercise. :)

My weight has stayed at the previous level (woo!). My belt and pants are loose but my goal is not complete, so on down the slope I go. Low carbs, diet control and exercise are the way.

Thanks to my hike on Sunday I am officially under 160. Now, let's see if it holds. Since starting this journey my waistline has shrunk appreciably and all around I've seen improvements. Let's see if I can keep cutting this belly fat. GO GO GO.
