I've been working out over an hour every day this week,but today I was just not feeling it. I went to exercise and quit after about 40 minutes on the machine and 5 minutes of running. This may be a sign I need a break.
Another problem: I've been drinking so much water, and this is an understatement. I'm beginning to believe that the scale isn't moving due to this and maybe from gaining muscle. Should I decrease my water intake? Tomorrow will be a lazy day for me. I think I deserve a break.

This month marks my one year of being meat free! So exciting!

I started wearing my pedometer today. I walked 5 miles and that was after 2 hours of working, so it should have been more. I didn't work out today or yesterday which disappoints me. On my lunch tomorrow I vow to do some weights.
