Setelah dipanggang ulang diteflon udah lumayan kering kayak granola aslinya. Kalo granola biasanya per 50 gram bisa 500 kal ke atas, ini cuma 314 kal. lumayan ngurangin 200 kalori, ini tinggal di tuang aja ke oatmeal atau yogurt

Hari pertama red day selalu perut sakit banget, malas makan berat. Tadi saur juga makannya apel sama kurma aja. Eh abis subuh beneran kena. Pengen makan yg manis manis, apel lagi sama greek yogurt

Dapet oleh oleh coklat swiss setengah kg gini terus aku kudu ottokhae? kalori per 250 gr sekitar 1350 kal wkwk dari stengah kilo ini berarti 2700 kal. Hampir kalori makan 2 hari full wkwk coklat oh coklat -_- Manis tapi menyesatkan pejuang diet
