I have seen a decline in my health over the years, especially with not being able to maintain my weight, and constantly gaining.
I have logged my weight, watched what I ate, did many programs like Fitness for Life, Life360, Slimfast, chiropractors and personal trainers. I have had success in the short term, but never long term or lasting. Lost my motivation. I am taking initiative, and have signed up for a 30 day challenge in a local gym. If it gets me fired up and motivated, it will be money well spent.
