Ok, so the las 2 days havent been the best in terms of food!
I was trying so hard to watch what I ate, and that I was having proper portions but I had a slight breakdown that led me to OVER indudlge in EVERYTHING I ate!
Im one of those girls that wants to see results FAST, and Ive just been feeling blah about this whole weight loss journey. Im sure its due to the fact that I am only on week 3 of being back at the gym after being sick, so of course Im going to feel super out of shape, and feel like I cant do much in terms of cardio and that Im not quite back to where I was at before. I fall out of routine easily and have a hard time getting back in.....but no matter what Im always going to lose the weight were I need to the least and that to me is very frustrating.
Before I got sick(I was out for over a week-and really had no motivation to get going again)I was going to the gym 5 days a week for cardio and light weights and doing kickboxing 2 times a week and doing 2 hardcore step classes with mixed weights at the end. I finally got a ersonal trainer and I really enjoy the program she has me on, but I find it SO ard to do 30+minutes of cardio after doing 45-60 minutes of circit training with 12+lbs in weight depending on the excersise.
I was going to the gym with a friend, but since our schedules are different its hard to find the time to go together....I almost need someone to hold me accountable...LOL If I know someone is waiting there for me, or counting on me it makes it easier for me to stay for the whole program, not skip out after doing my weights and 5 minutes of cardio
But in the end it still comes down to "if you want to lose weight, you have to work out" so I guess I better just suck it up and get on with it already right?
If anyone is reading this how do you find the motivation to keep going???

So, I weighed myself at home on a digital scale and thought I was 150lbs...then I went to the gym and had a Body Assesment done and found out I was ACTUALLY 154lbs...took me almost a week to figure out how to change my start weight!!!! HAHAAH, not the brightest crayon in the box.
I have joined The Big 10 weight loss challenge and have struggled a little in the no snacking on crap dept. I read it wrong and thought that part of the challenge started in week 2....again, with the crayon box ;)
SO, as of now, I can honestly say that I am following the challenge correctly!!! Im really watching what I eat, and I fond that being able to record my daily intake of food, and my daily excersise is REALLY helpful!!!!
