Hello Fat Secret family! i have been on vacation for the past month visiting family in Syracuse, NY. Returned home to Ohio and took a pretty bad fall resulting in a broken shoulder. The reason for this reporting is to say how pleased I am that through this time off from Fat Secret, that I did not gain any weight😂. I had been doing 1300 calories per day. It was a slower weight loss but one that stuck even through multiple lunch and dinner engagements. A whole lot of beer and wine with cheese and crackers! Gosh I had fun! Just want to spread some positive feedback about the tortoise and the hare! Stay positive, now back to focusing on my weight loss journey!!🌷🌷🌷🌺🌺🌺
