I've gotten lazy and gone backwards into old, distructive patterns. As much as I hate to admit it I hate even more that its true. No more fantasy land. Time to face reality and get serious again. The truth will set you free. The truth is I'm not just struggling, I've been in denial. The holiday's have kicked my ass! Ok. So...Lets move forward from here. I can.

I am soooo on my way to the promised land! I am re-newed, re-freshed, re-energized and so very committed. It feels so good too. Love love love the book I'm reading and how helpful it is. Knowledge IS power. I am going to finish what I've started and continue to live a healthy lifestyle. How cool is that?! I am 2 months behind but that couldn't be less important. I know more today than I did yesturday and can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I am excited to have the tools I need to not only make this work but make it last. Life is good. forward Motion!

Maybe I shouldn't be weighing in this soon but was so happy with the numbers on the scale this a.m that I wanted to document it. While the scale is only a portion of my journey this weight-in has really boosted my attitude. My committment is already high and this has affirmed that I am doing very well and going in the right direction. Encouragement is always a good thing and this is so encouraging. Forward Motion!
