In the past 2 years I've gradually gained 15 lbs and have tried several exercise routines without success. I eat pretty healthy and don't want to diet because I want to do things I know I'll continue. In 2013, I did the Insanity work outs for 5 weeks and gained 2 lbs so quit...then gained 2 more. I worked out at the YMCA 3x week for several months without change. In Jan 2014 I did T25 daily for 5 months, lost only 2 lb and 2.25" and then stopped due to traveling and other issues thru the summer. Had a personal trainer 2x week for the past 2 months and lost body fat, gained lean muscle, but lost no inches. The gym closed down 3 weeks ago and now I've gained 3 lb! Getting frustrated. The only thing I haven't done is diet so I'm guessing that's the key and I'm hopeful this site and the help of others will help my success!
