Frustrated. My plan to leave the weekends "diet free" seems to be my downfall. So my eating habits will be adjusted a bit :) During the weekends I have been eating whatever I want, while all week long I worry I'm eating too much and never get to my calorie goal of 1,100. I'm just so nervous my metabolism is too slow and if I eat like I'm supposed to I'll gain weight. For some reason that mentality completely escapes me on Saturdays.
The good news: I've lost weight overall, I'm really starting to enjoy healthy food, my workouts are getting eaiser, and Greek Yogurt (which I tried for the first time today) is actually GOOD!

Changing to "HolliMarie's own diet" because I like to cycle my calories and have a hard time sticking within the 1100-1500 range. I'm going to eat healthy foods - fish, lowfat dairy, lots of berries and veggies. I feel good about it.

The diet is going well so far. I feel a lot better now that I'm getting regular exercise and have started to adjust to a (mostly) healthy diet.
"Dessert" is still a hard habit to break, but I'm staying just below my calorie goal.
I love the exercise. I'm surprised at how hard I was able to push myself and how much better I feel (both physically and emotionally) afterward.
