I am using Healthy Eating 101. No fad diets, no pre-packaged foods, or liquid diets. I need to continue to learn life-long Nutritional things about eating, such as portion control, whole foods, eating more natural foods, and less processed. Slowly adding in Fitness, in the form of Steps right now, will soon add in "Walk & Roll" (I'm a wheelchair user.) In a few months, I'll add in Strength Training/Resistance Bands. I'm in it for the long haul.
