I'm training to run a 5K. This is my program.

I'm in the middle of week 6 and I'm always glad when it's over. I ran around 9:30 this morning and yesterday I did a new workout video that lasts for 45 minutes and now, I'm beat!! I feel like I could sleep the rest of the day! I think next week I'll do week 6 again. I'm a little scared of week 7..............no walking at all! And it's not gonna hurt me to do this week again. I'd like to feel a little stronger and more confident before going into week 7. But I'll be glad when I'm at the point where I can run every other day with no walking. Or, eventually everyday? I'll have to wait and see.
Gonna try for a nap now!
