I am 32 yrs old and have been on diets on and off for approx 8 yrs now and still find myself back to square 1, so I've decided to try a different approach. I have decided to try to eat my reccomended daily allowance including; protein,fats & carbs plus exercising. I will keep to up to date with my progress.
