Born in Hawaii, raised in San Diego, now live in Arizona. I am a 65yr old retired grandmother of three, ages 23,13 and 9. My husband still works full time on a dairy farm. I am about 50lbs overweight and need to get my health in check. I have celiac disease, GERD, arthritis and Type 2 diabetes. I have so much to accomplish but can't seem to keep focused and motivated. I am hoping that here I will get that push to succeed. My doctor, after asking if I exercised at all, told me to get a dog. That I would have to walk it. I did and she is relentless. I've lost 16lbs this year.
