weight is upp and I'm happier than ever , not tracking macros for whole january , calories are probably over 3k per day , continuing like this for 2 more weeks and then a little cut ;) :)

spent few days without tracking macros and my weight went up, i'm continuing with this bulk for one more month, but it can last longer it depends on that how fast i gain weight and muscle mass 😄
