Hello friends. Most of my life I've been trying to loose these same 11 lbs. (or more). I'm pretty healthy for 57 but feel heavy - esp my legs. The weight slips up so easily and then when my clothes start getting tight or I see the back of my legs in a mirror, I get serious again. But I know I feel so great when I'm smaller. I've started a good exercise program and I've been delivered from sweets and compulsive eating, so now it's just a matter of watching those calories ..... limiting Mexican Restaurant chips and margaritas!
