Information, Please...
Hi everyone...Im new to fatsecret.com and the last couple of days I have just been messing around a little, checking things out, and trying to get used to keeping a journal. I am very serious about changing my habits and getting healthier where food and exercise are concerned. Ive been looking over all the different tools and diets and reading some of the comments you guys have written so I want to solicit your help, if you dont mind. Im thinking very seriously about starting the weight watchers diet and was hoping to get some feedback from those of you who have tried it or are on it now. Any advice or comments you can share, good or bad, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your imput...and please pray for me. I dont expect this journey to be easy so I will need all the strength I can get! Smile
