I am busy with family, work, and church. I want to lose weight and be more active. I hate working out but I love bike riding, dancing, swimming gardening and much more. I want to be healthy eating and moving and being around for my future grandkids and the children that I love and enjoy. So with much prayer and one day at a time, some days one minute at a time, I move forward to reach my first goal 198 lbs, then from there I want to go to 178, then 155! God help me make it!
