Question from the new kid. How can I change my profile picture? I seem to be a turkey leg or dome other haunch!

New kid! Recovering widow. I lost a lot of weight right after I lost my sweetheart, not on purpose. I decided to use the momentum and lost about 60 lbd! Last year I ended up in the hospital with severe vertigo, laid flat for three weeks. Gained pretty much everything back during this last year as I just was not as active. Brings us to now. I have decided to eat better, not dier, but clean. Each month I'm getting rid of one thing--March is getting rid of Aspertame. it is everywhere! Anyway, hello community!
