Did pretty well today. I want to establish a more regular pattern of exercise and meals after hills are over. It seems like it would be sustainable to run for about half an hour a day, eat a small breakfast, medium lunch, and med-large dinner. It's somewhat frustrating that I can't lose weight right now, but it's probably because I haven't been trying for very long yet. (and I get thrown off on the weekends). This week I am going to make more conscious choices, including drinking more water and sleeping more. So - I should go study for my exams now.
